Essential Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and daily bookkeeping activities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements Prepare and file sales tax reports Follow up on past due invoices and outstanding balances Assist with payroll processing and general accounting support Maintain organized financial documentation and records Work within QuickBooks to manage company accounting functions Requirements Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience required QuickBooks experience is required Sales tax experience is required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Professional communication and organizational skills
