EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of finance/accounting business experience, preferably some within the Real Estate or Property Management industries
• Proficient MS Excel and PowerPoint user
• Yardi experience a big plus

  Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Act as point of contact among internal financial and accounting teams (including AP and Purchasing) and external third-party consultants
• Perform typical accounting functions such as monthly validations and information uploads
• Complete annual reconciliations for commercial properties with assistance from Property Operations Managers
• Produce annual revenue budgets for real estate portfolio including inter-unit billing; review operating budgets submitted by Property Operations Managers for accuracy, and to ensure the division meets its budget targets
• Maintain tracking of year-over-year expense trends for the real estate portfolio
• Audit billing and other financial data to ensure compliance with financial statements
• Coordinate sales returns with the tax department
• Complete quarterly RREG NOI statistics
• Assist in preparation of monthly report compilation by Business Unit, and other reports, proposals and presentations as required
