OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records on sage, quickbooks and xero for a variety of clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within an accounting practice environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members and external clients.

• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
• Reconcile bank accounts.
• Prepare VAT returns.
• General administration duties for clients, for example VAT registrations.
