Office Administrator – Full-Time (Montreal, QC)
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join a busy wholesale business that supplies retailers and boutiques across North America. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Montreal.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and update order forms, invoices, and other documents
  • Prepare shipments and packages
  • Follow up with clients about orders and payments
  • Keep inventory records up to date and do some data entry
  • Support the owner and small team with general office tasks
  • Help with light bookkeeping (invoices, tracking expenses, etc.)

Who You Are:

  • Organized and pay attention to details
  • Comfortable juggling a few tasks at once
  • Friendly and professional, especially on the phone
  • Know how to use basic office software (Excel, Word, email)
  • Experience in admin or bookkeeping is a bonus
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Job Details:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • On-site in Montreal, QC
  • Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
