ONE OF OUR GREAT CLIENTS IN BRIGHTON, NY IS LOOKING FOR THEIR NEXT BOOKKEEPER/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR!

This position will work fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The company has a laidback office environment with a laidback business casual dress code!

Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions
  • Manage payments, invoicing, and vendor statements
  • Handle bank deposits and reconcile accounts
  • Enter and process payroll transactions
  • Calculate and file sales tax payments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails for general office inquiries
  • Maintain and organize financial and administrative records
  • Assist with general office management tasks as needed
  • Report to the Controller and provide financial updates as required
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
