Responsibilities

Accounting Bookkeeping and Office Admin:

  • Bookkeeping - Accounting minimum 5 years experience
  • Processes and maintains AP and AR, prepare internal financial reports using ERP and Sage Simply Accounting(minor)
  • Process payroll ROE
  • Government Tax compliance, HST, EHT, WSIB, and others
  • Administrator of health benefits plan
  • Assist office staff in customer service
  • Completes timely filing of reports
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Management support Must be efficient in ERP Soft ware, Simply Accounting, Excel, and Microsoft Office
  • Accounting training required, College, University or other
