JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator/ Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This is a part-time position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative and accounting support. This position requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

  • Experience in working in a start-up or small business environment;
  • Strong background in accounting or finance with experience in managing inventory, AP, AR and POs;
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Proficient in clerical duties including typing and data entry with high accuracy;
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous;
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer support while maintaining professionalism at all times;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs;
  • Proficient in using computer systems, software applications (ie MS Offices, Canva, etc).
