Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting our accounting processes, and ensuring the integrity of our financial data. Requirements Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Outlook, Word, and Excel) Proficiency in accounting principles and practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality Strong communication skills and ability to work independently High school diploma required: associate‘s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred Valid Texas Drivers license is required Friendly, professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
