Description

Downs Barristers & Solicitors is seeking a bookkeeper/office manager to support the firm. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented and exceptionally organized with a positive attitude.

The Bookkeeper/Office Manager duties include:

  • maintain the office books for two office locations in PC Law
  • manage, oversee and reconcile the general and trust accounts (monthly/annual)
  • pay bills
  • oversee regular billing in the firm

Your skills include:

  • proficient use of PC Law
  • strong organization and time management skills
  • the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision and take initiative
  • strong ability to multi-task
  • excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills

Compensation will vary depending on experience.
