Description

Tobin Electric ltd is looking for a part time bookkeeper/office manager

Candidates will be required to complete the following tasks.

  • Preparation of book keeping records including sales and purchases
  • Processing of Invoices
  • Taking Payments
  • Creditors/Debtors/Bank Reconciliations
  • Preparing and submission of VAT returns
  • PAYE reconciliations
  • Preparing and posting month end journal
  • Processing payroll
  • Invoicing Clients
  • Chasing Debtors
  • Issuing Statements
  • Familiarity with Sage would be an advantage
  • Quotations
  • Manage Transport Fleet

The ideal candidate:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a general account’s role
  • Previous experience in a bookkeeping/payroll role
  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Knowledge of the Irish tax system
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work to and manage deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership on the role
  • Excellent organisational and communications skills essential]
  • Rate: Based on experience.
