We are a growing company looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure smooth accounting operations. If you have strong organisational skills and experience with bookkeeping software, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with payroll processing
  • Liaise with accountants and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Maintain filing systems and document financial transactions

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven knowledge as a Bookkeeper
  • AAT Qualification or qualification by experience
  • Proficiency with bookkeeping/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
  • Experience of data analysis using Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and tax laws
  • Excellent communication skills
