Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks expertise to support the financial operations of our firm. This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and financial reporting. The position involves close coordination with our external CPA firm and reports directly to the Head of HR. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities Accounts Payable (A/P): Process vendor bills and employee expense reimbursements. Schedule and process payments while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries. Accounts Receivable (A/R): Generate and send client invoices based on contract terms. Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments. Post payments and reconcile accounts. Invoicing & Financial Tracking: Prepare detailed invoices aligned with client agreements. Track revenue and expenditure across projects or clients. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures. Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports. Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance. Prepare documentation to support CPA-led reviews and tax preparation. *May be assigned other accounting duties. Schedule: This is a part-time position. Hours: Monday to Thursday 9 am to 2 pm. Requirements 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (agency or small business preferred). Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Understanding of GAAP and basic financial principles Experience working with CPA firms or in a collaborative accounting environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Maintain strict confidentiality and data security of all financial records.
