Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Maintain accurate financial records across multiple ventures
  • Prepare monthly management accounts to support informed decision-making
  • Draft and submit VAT returns, including experience with zero-rated VAT businesses
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable including chasing overdue invoices
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Use cloud-based tools and systems to manage financial data
  • Organise receipts, invoices, and digital records
  • Collaborate directly with the owner on financial insights and planning, by producing monthly management accounts
