Job Summary:
Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our busy Finance Team.
This is a part-time position, working 3 days a week 3/4 hours per day, based in Ladbroke Grove. The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

  • Process supplier and vendor invoices in a timely manner.
  • Set up and maintain supplier accounts.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and accounts.
  • Process employee expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.

Accounts Receivable & Credit Control:

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collections.
  • Perform credit control tasks, following up on outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly cash flow reports.

Banking & Reconciliations:

  • Process and reconcile intercompany transactions.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
  • Reconcile company credit card transactions and expenses.

General Accounting & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bookkeeper role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
