SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting our mortgage advisers in their operations. Your contributions will be essential in helping us provide outstanding service to our diverse client base.

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 1 year (required

• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare bi weekly commission statements.
• Support the team in optimizing financial processes and systems.

• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within the financial services sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in the finance industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.
