OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our financial processes and will require proficiency in various accounting software.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and payroll processing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate financial reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • MUST have at least 5 years experience
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $30.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
