BOOKKEEPER – PART-TIME, REMOTE

Responsibilities
  • Keeping our books up to date and accurate in QuickBooks
  • Running payroll, sending pay, and generating pay stubs
  • Tracking our budget and raising flags when something looks off
  • Preparing TPS/TVQ, DAS, and provisional account payments
  • Paying credit card accounts
  • Managing accounts payable so our vendors are looked after
