Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, along with excellent Excel skills. You will be reporting to the owner and external accountant. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the company’s ledgers, reconciling accounts, and processing invoices to ensure the flow of our finances is consistent and accurate. You will be using two software: Unleashed for stock purpose and Xero for financial reporting. Both systems are inter-linked. No previous experience using them is needed as detailed training will be provided. Your organizational skills and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to the company’s overall financial health. The ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach are essential in this role.

REQUIREMENTS:

• AAT Level 3 Qualified or studying towards.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Microsoft Office IT skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel.
