About the position Personetics is looking for a senior Bookkeeper to join our corporate finance team. We are looking for a highly responsible and independent person who will run and manage several accounting and bookkeeping processes globally for several of the group companies. Among these processes are – Global AP management, cash position and work with banks, global bank reconciliations, and many other accounting areas. Responsibilities Global account payable management – AP processing, payments, reconciliations (local and foreign), journal entries for several group companies globally Foreign vendors tax deduction management Processing vendor invoices, Payments and Journal Entries in a multi-currencies ERP system Intercompany reconciliation and money transfers Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis Bank reconciliation Fixed assets depreciation entries and reports Requirements Certified bookkeeper- Minimum level 3 3-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience from a high-tech company - a must English at an advanced level (both spoken and written) Highly independent and responsible person Experience with NetSuite – must Excellent communication and organizational skills Team player with a proactive approach Service-oriented High level of accuracy and attention to details Experience with AI tools Nice to have null Benefits null

Responsibilities

Manage global accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and cash positions for multiple group companies. Handle intercompany transfers, accruals, and fixed asset depreciation within a multi-currency ERP system.
