We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with working knowledge or exposure in accounting processes. The ideal candidate is proficient in QuickBooks, highly organized, and a fast learner. This role is ideal for someone with bookkeeping experience who is not necessarily a CPA but has strong foundational accounting skills. Key Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Record financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks Reconcile bank and credit card statements Prepare and maintain financial records and reports Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation Support month-end and year-end closing processes Maintain organized and updated financial files Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field (CPA not required) Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes Good communication skills Preferred Skills Experience working with US-based clients (if applicable) Familiarity with financial reporting and basic tax documentation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
