Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with strong proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online to join our team. This role focuses on performing full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients and providing knowledgeable support on accounting software inquiries.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys bookkeeping and thrives in an environment where accuracy, client service, and efficiency are key.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including:
  • Journal entries
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Payroll entries (if applicable)
  • Month-end and year-end support
  • Maintain and organize client financial records within QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online
  • Accurately record transactions and ensure consistency with client documentation
  • Answer client questions related to QuickBooks functionality, features, and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal team members and clients to resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Assist with basic financial reporting as needed
