In 2024, we launched a bookkeeping service to provide churches with the financial support and expertise they need to grow healthy, thriving ministries. Our mission is simple: to help churches simplify, organize, and manage their finances so they can focus on what matters most—serving their communities. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate full-time bookkeepers with experience in ACS Financials and Realm Accounting to join our team. If you’re excited about using your skills to make a meaningful impact and help churches succeed, we’d love to hear from you! What you’ll do for our customers: * Maintain and reconcile their general ledgers * Process accounts payable, including invoice verification, payments, and vendor reconciliation * Generate financial statements and reports * Ensure compliance with accounting policies and assist with audits * Identify and implement process improvements What we’re looking for from you: * Experience with ACS Financials or Realm Accounting is required * Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred * Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills Why you want to work for us: * Flexible schedule * Work from home * A caring, friendly work environment * The opportunity to positively impact ministries
