We are looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team in New Holland, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of records that support the organization’s financial health. • Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain accurate financial records to ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries.
• Manage invoices, payments, and vendor accounts while adhering to company policies and deadlines.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including audits and financial statement preparation.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to financial processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Associate degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Sage 100 software or similar accounting tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
