JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software to support our financial operations effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of double entry bookkeeping principles.
  • Proficiency in financial software QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Experience in public accounting is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to write clear and concise financial reports.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not mandatory.
