JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be proficient in various bookkeeping tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in general ledger accounting
  • Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliation procedures
  • Knowledge of payroll processing
  • Ability to perform bank reconciliations efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Process payroll and maintain payroll records
  • Conduct balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations
  • Utilize QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist with technical accounting tasks as needed
