We are seeking an experienced assistant accountant/ bookkeeper to join our team
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Excellent in MYOB, Xero and Excel
· Preferably having experiences in MYOB AO & Classic
· 2 - 3 years local experience in a similar role
· Organized, have excellent communication and time management skills
. Fluent in English and Excellent organizational skills
· Can work both independently and in a team
Experience:
· Preparation of quarterly BAS
· Preparation of superannuation for lodgment
· Preparation of payroll, STP and pay slips
· Maintaining client’s bookkeeping on MYOB & Xero
· Preparation of general ledgers and financials
· Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
· Preparation of tax returns for companies & individuals
Other accounting tasks including liaising with ATO & ASIC, assisting with the preparation of forms
