We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and detail-oriented bookkeeper team lead for a dynamic work environment with proven management skills to lead the accounting function and join our company’s finance team. Role Overview: Full responsibility for the company’s bookkeeping activities. Ongoing interactions with tax authorities: VAT, Income Tax, and National Insurance Managing a team of bookkeepers and driving efficient, professional work processes Preparation of monthly reports, reconciliations, and internal controls Assist in implementing new SOX procedures and ah-hoc projects Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, both in Israel and abroad If you are professional, responsible, and have an eye for detail – we’d love to meet you! Requirements Certified Bookkeeper, Level 3 – mandatory 10+ Year of experience -a big advantage background from the Hi-Tech industry Proven experience in managing accounting functions and leading a team Proven experience in implementing new processes Experienced working in a SOX environment Experienced with preforming AR billing day to day activities Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with the Priority ERP system – a must Familiarity working with SAPB1 ERP system - a big advantage High-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Nice to Have Certified Payroll Accountant and experience in payroll management Experience in a global company or working with international entities
