Le titulaire du poste est responsable de gérer les activités comptables qui lui sont déléguées et de soutenir les associés et le comptable senior dans leurs fonctions.

DESCRIPTION:

Under the supervision of the managing partners and senior accountant, the candidate will be responsible for taking care of the entire client’s file from bookkeeping to tax returns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in bookkeeping
• 1-2 years relevant experience in Small Business environment, and familiar with the logistics, sales and purchasing processes
• bilingual
• motorized (possibility of visiting clients)
• Previous experience with the following softwares: Excel, Sage 50, Tax Prep or equivalent
• Familiar with Xero and Dext software is an asset
• Proactivity
• Strong organizational skills
• ability to prioritize
• Degree in accounting would be an advantage
