We are currently inviting a Bookkeeper to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). Report line: Chief Accountant (Vietnamese) In this role, you will: - Perform manufacturing cost calculations, including material cost formation and inventory write‑offs. - Record purchase invoice transactions, including: Raw material receiving – Expense allocation Verification of supporting documents Entry of packaging‑related data - Prepare and submit reports as assigned. - Participate in monthly closing activities, reconciliations, and physical inventory counts. College or university degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. 1-3 year of experience in similar position or scope. Previous experience in a manufacturing or EMS company is a strong advantage. Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Experience with accounting/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MISA, Bravo, FAST) is an advantage. Understanding of Vietnam accounting standards (VAS) and relevant tax regulations. Basic English skills (B1 level) for system input and document handling. Strong ability to organize information, analyze data, and resolve issues independently.
