JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team at the main Ranch in Rio Rancho. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit bookkeeping and be comfortable working independently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Familiarity with nonprofit financial practices is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

• Reconcile receipts, invoices, and bank statements
• Track, categorize and code expenses
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit financial practices
• Collaborate with management on financial needs
