Due to internal promotion, we are recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. You will oversee and manage all bookkeeping activities alongside our Trainee bookkeeper, with the support of our external accountants.

· Oversee and manage accounts receivables, accounts payable and bank reconciliations
· Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly
· Manage supplier payment runs
· Ensure compliant with financial regulations, tax requirements and company policies
· Oversee internal controls
· Manage internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and addressing queries
· Prepare monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
· Mentor trainee bookkeeper
