JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role is essential in supporting the financial health of our organization and will involve working closely with various departments to provide timely financial information.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, account reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks desktop
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
