JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced, detail-focused Bookkeeper to join our supportive team. This is a part-time role (15 hours per week) combining bookkeeping with light administration and reception duties. You will work alongside our existing admin team, supporting both finance and client-facing tasks. You will do some hours from our office in Killucan, and the rest in our office in Mullingar. Liaising with our Accountant, will also be required to support our Ltd company.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks essential)
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Professional, friendly, and discreet manner with clients
