Description POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a motivated Bookkeeper to join our fast-growing organization. As part of our accounting team, you will play an important role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance across the business operations. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES · Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing. · Prepare and manage monthly financial statements, reports, and budgets. · Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. · Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payments. · Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence. · Assist with property management tasks, including lease administration and tenant inquiries. · Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
