You'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records while supporting critical accounting operations including financial corrections, cleanup work, and ongoing bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities Execute accurate journal entries and comprehensive bookkeeping tasks Support financial corrections and cleanup of existing accounting records Perform detailed account reconciliation and financial transaction recording Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently Handle invoicing and payroll functions with precision Complete various accounting tasks as assigned with attention to detail Collaborate directly with leadership under day-to-day guidance and mentorship Process high-volume bookkeeping work while maintaining accuracy standards Requirements QuickBooks certification required Strong expertise in journal entries and fundamental bookkeeping principles Proven experience with account reconciliation and financial transaction processing Solid knowledge of AP/AR processes, invoicing, and payroll systems Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume work efficiently and accurately Previous experience working with international clients, preferably US-based businesses Exceptional attention to detail, especially for financial corrections and cleanup projects Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with supervisor
