Description

Our Fayetteville office is hiring for a part-time Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant position. working 16 to 24 hours per week. This could lead to a full-time position in the future for the right candidate. Duties of this assistant include providing support to other Bookkeepers and assisting in daily office needs. This is a fast-paced and detail oriented position. The ideal candidate must be organized, be able to multi-task, and have a strong attention to detail and skills in excel.
Our office hours are Mondays through Thursdays. The position does offer flexible scheduling if needed.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like computers, printers, and scanners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • QuickBooks desktop experience is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Ability to locate a document or recall protocol at a moment’s notice.
