Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations
- Payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Organize documentation, logs, and files
- Administration/financial support to Financial Officer
- Schedule appointments and coordinate events
- Accurate record keeping
- Assist with preparing reports
- Communicate with trades and suppliers

You will play a critical role in supporting the day to day administrative and financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with payroll, managing office tasks, and helping ensure smooth administrative workflows.
