Are you an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager / Multi-tasker / who is both motivated and ambitious and welcomes a challenging role in a fast-paced environment working for a well-established organization? As a successful candidate,
We are looking for & What you should have & what you are responsible for:
PR Status required in Canada
- Basic accounting diploma or business administration diploma or knowledge in this field, or experience required,
- Qualification required entry Level Accounting person, or Diploma holders or business administration person with skills, Knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Standard Microsoft product knowledge
- Day to Day accounting duties, including Accounts receivable & payables
- Full Accountig cycle knowledge etc,
-Keep track of outstanding invoices and follow-up with clients ·
- Computer smart with New programs and Data Entry Savvy
- Ordering the Products from different Vendors, by creating Purchase orders,
- Coordinate with All Sales staff from all other Locations for Ordering, Arranging Pickups & Deliveries
- Coordinating the Job installations, Delivering materials, Installations scheduling etc.
- Coordinating the RTV’s with Vendors.
- Reconcilling the Costing for ordering and receiving departments.
- Should be willing to work in fast pace & Multi tasking.
– billing, accounts receivables, accounts payable, invoicing and payroll processing Keep record of transactions and supporting documents including invoices, expenses, receipts and update spreadsheets
-Should be able to answer phone calls & inquires ·
-Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly and year-end procedures for accountant’s review · Compile accounting reports to present statistics, such as receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and other items pertinent to operation of business ·
-Prepare and send reports and statements to clients as required; and Other administrative tasks as needed. Ideal candidates must have
-Detail-oriented, accurate with strong analytical skills.
