JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of multiple client.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks is required
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Ability to perform account reconciliation and analyze financial data effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration within the team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
