Description Belstra Milling Company is searching for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual in our accounting department. This opportunity is for a reliable, highly motivated individual to record all financial transactions and to reconcile accounts to ensure their accuracy. The ideal candidate would embrace and support our core values: integrity, quality, and service. Job Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to): Generate customer invoices and statements Address any billing and payment questions or discrepancies Prepare appropriate schedules and reports Enter and review accurate accounts receivable details Assist other team members in their responsibilities to ensure all duties are performed in a timely manner Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential Requirements Skills and Requirements (included but not limited to): Proficient in Microsoft Office Must speak fluent English or bilingual Problem-solving skills Excellent computer and typing skills Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism Ability to operate calculator, computer, and other general office equipment Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years responsible accounting or bookkeeping experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Knowledge of computerized accounting software, including QuickBooks Safety Training Requirements: Employees in this role are required to complete and maintain the following safety trainings, as applicable: General New Hire Safety Training Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements, if applicable
