Experience Needed/Responsibilities: -Enter and post daily bank transactions into Business Central -Enter and post credit card transactions, ensuring proper coding -Prepare and post general journal entries with proper documentation -Prepare and post intercompany journal entries -Maintain supporting documentation for all entries -Assist with month end close activities -Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely Good to have: -Jet Reporting experience -Degree in Accounting -Experience working in an offshore accounting support role -Experience supporting multiple entities -Experience with Intercompany accounting =Experience working with U.S. GAAP Non-negotiable Requirements: -2+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting U.S. based companies -Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central -Experience entering and posting bank transactions and credit card transactions -Experience preparing and posting general ledger journal entries -Experience with intercompany journal entries and reconciliations -Strong understanding of general ledger structure and accounting principles -Experience performing bank and credit card reconciliations -Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables preferred) Industry/Tools Experience: -Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central -Jet Reporting -Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel We’re all about uplifting lives in Coconut and we make sure we provide benefits that support work-life balance, well-being, and growth.
