Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in integration testing and hands-on experience in Dell Boomi to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the testing efforts across integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow, system connectivity, and high-quality deliverables. This role requires strong leadership, technical, and analytical skills to guide testing teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end integration testing efforts for projects involving Dell Boomi and other enterprise systems.
Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for integration workflows.
Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, system, and end-to-end integration scenarios.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and solution architects to validate integration requirements.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Manage defect lifecycle using tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or equivalent.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior testers within the team.
Prepare and present test progress reports, metrics, and quality assessments to leadership.
Ensure compliance with testing standards, best practices, and organizational quality guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Test Lead or Senior QA Analyst with a focus on integration testing.
Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) or similar iPaaS platforms.
Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and data integration concepts.
Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM, or similar).
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate a testing team effectively.
