Position Overview: The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of a Boost Mobile retail store and help lead a team to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the wireless industry, leadership abilities, and a customer-first mentality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in wireless sales or customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales-Oriented: A passion for sales and the ability to drive and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every customer has an outstanding experience by providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and offering product knowledge.
  • Sales Leadership: Assist in driving sales targets by promoting products, plans, and services while meeting individual and store sales goals.
  • Team Supervision: Provide guidance, training, and support to retail associates, fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing the store, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Coaching and Development: Identify performance gaps and provide coaching to improve team performance. Help associates grow in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage product inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and store displays are well-maintained.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Assist the store manager with tracking sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics.
  • Compliance: Ensure that store operations are compliant with all company policies, safety procedures, and legal regulations.
