Position Overview:
We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Borehole Machine Operators to join our production
team. As a borehole operator, you will be responsible for running and maintaining specialized boring
machinery to drill precise holes in cabinet components, ensuring high accuracy and consistent quality.
Key Responsibilities:
 Operate borehole (boring) machines safely and efficiently
 Read and interpret shop drawings and work orders
 Set up machines and adjust settings for different materials and specifications
 Inspect completed parts for accuracy and quality
 Maintain a clean and organized work area
 Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
 Adhere to safety protocols and production deadlines
Qualifications:
 Previous experience with borehole, CNC, or woodworking machinery is an asset
 Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
 Strong attention to detail and focus on precision
 Capable of working independently and in a team setting
 Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
