Description Boring Mill Machinist Since 1983, HTI Cybernetics® has provided intelligent manufacturing solutions that support and enhance production, including automation systems, material handling solutions, assembly tooling, and collaborative robotics. Primary Responsibilities: · Read prints, set up and operate Devlieg boring mill (72” bed) to machine details. · Check parts using measuring gages. · Document and update job routers / process sheets as required. · Keep machine and work area clean and organized. Work Hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm (or 4:30pm when needed), Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturday’s. 50 - 56 hours per week on average. Requirements Education/Skills Required: 3+ experience operating manual boring mills. Must be able to read prints Must have experience using measuring gages to check parts.
Responsibilities
The Boring Mill Operator will read prints, set up and operate a Devlieg boring mill to machine details, and check parts using measuring gages. Additionally, they will document and update job routers and maintain a clean and organized work area.
