Responsible for: The BOS Associate I is a back-office role capacity with complex data entry/processing duties, reporting, reconciliation, analysis and delegated tasks to support the BOS team in the execution of business goals and objectives Extent of Authority: Perform standard to complex data processing and back-office duties, reporting, reconciliation and analysis according to procedures set per job or task Main Activities: Perform back-office duties while managing delegated tasks efficiently Meet the required job target, accuracy, turnaround time and quality standards of BOS jobs Prepare and send job status, forecast, performance, timesheet and other related reports Communicate, acknowledge and respond to updates, queries or escalations in a timely or urgent manner Support the team in ensuring a service-oriented and professional working environment Escalate technical, operational and administrative issues and concerns to the line manager Act as a reliever for other functions during peak volumes or in the absence of the Co-Associate Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Use or wear personal protective equipment (PPE) e.g. vests, ear plugs, safety shoes, safety goggles etc. as per PPE requirements in your designated work area. Key Skills and Personality Traits: Key Skills: Knowledgeable in the data entry function, systems and tools Good command of verbal and written English Strong commitment to deliver and meet deadlines Highly organized, analytical and detail-oriented Proactive attitude and outlook towards work Customer service orientation and a sense of ownership Manage time and maintain composure during stressful situations Minimum typing speed of 166 keystrokes per minute (kpm) Personality Traits: Communicate, build rapport and relate well with other people Flexible to render overtime at short notice or changes in work schedules or rest days Receive and give feedback, concerns, issues, suggestions in a constructive or professional manner Qualifications and Typical Experience: At least graduate of any two-year course or second year college level Bachelor’s degree on any related course is an advantage Must at least have a “Met Expectations” overall performance rating Special Circumstances: Use or wear personal protective equipment (PPE) e.g. vests, ear plugs, safety shoes, safety goggles etc. as per PPE requirements in your designated work area. Must be eligible to legally work in the Philippines. Employment is dependent on a national police criminal history check that is acceptable to FUJIFILM DMS. Additional security clearances may be required as requested by FUJIFILM DMS or its clients. Required to work reasonable additional hours as may be necessary to meet the requirements of the position. Maintain FUJIFILM DMS and client confidentiality. Some travel may be required to various FUJIFILM DMS sites, interstate or overseas to meet requirements of the role. May be needed to be on-call from time to time to meet requirements of the role. Required to participate in workplace fit-for-work initiatives (including stretching programs).
