Job Description
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead and support the successful rollout of IT applications and digital solutions at Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW) Mexico. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in enterprise systems (SAP, S/4 HANA), and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Oversee and manage multiple IT application rollouts, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruptions.
• Act as a liasion between business units, IT teams, and internal partners to collect user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Coordinate with India BDO & BD teams to implement IT systems enhancements in BGSW México.
• Ensure the stability and continuous improvement of newly deployed applications.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize adoption and efficiency.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing IT applications.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in IT project management and system rollouts.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of SAP, S/4 HANA ERP system.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and software implementation.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability.
