Description

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Bosun to join a prestigious 70m new build sailing yacht from late September or October 2025. Joining ahead of the launch early next year, the Bosun will play a vital role in preparing and organising the deck department during the build and set-up phase. The successful candidate will take the lead on deck organisation, including lockers, storage systems, and container management, ensuring everything is in order ahead of the yacht’s first season. A strong background in sailing and excellent organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to guide and support the deck team. The Bosun will be part of a deck team of four, working closely with the senior crew to establish smooth operations and maintain the highest standards of safety. Candidates should bring proven experience in similar roles and be comfortable taking ownership of both practical tasks and leadership responsibilities. This is an exciting chance to be part of a unique new build project, joining at an early stage and helping shape the deck department.
