YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury-level or fine dining restaurant
• Serving it Right certification (required)
• Previous experience in Forbes Five-Star and/or Michelin-rated establishments is highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned
