ROLE SUMMARY: The Bottle Presenter supports the Bottle Service team to provide exceptional customer service to all club patrons. They will ensure a lively and enjoyable atmosphere while following all safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a bottle presenter in a bar or club setting. This is an hourly, non tipped position. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Present and showcase bottle selections in an engaging and enticing manner, utilizing product knowledge to enhance guest experience. * Always maintain a polished and sophisticated appearance, reflecting the upscale ambiance of the nightclub. * Collaborate with the service Bottle Service team to ensure seamless execution of bottle service orders. * Prepare and organize all bottle presentations and shows pertaining to qualifying orders. * Participate in all performance aspects of shows as needed; up to and including costume changes and choreographed performances. * Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the VIP section, including maintaining bottle displays and table setups. * Act as a brand ambassador, promoting featured products and special offerings to guests. REQUIREMENTS: * Previous experience in a hospitality or nightlife setting preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Must be at least 21. * Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects required for Bottle Presenter position. * Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering exceptional service.
